The company

Atlas Leisure Homes has led the way in holiday home design and manufacture for the past 30 years, building an enviable reputation for innovation and quality. The company’s 350-strong workforce is based at its facilities in Wiltshire Road and West Carr Lane, Hull.  


The ‘problem’ 

Atlas has a large number of staff who frequently operate machinery on-site, such as forklifts, and good health and safety practice is essential in order to avoid accidents.  


The firm’s rigorous approach to health and safety standards naturally means that drug and alcohol screening forms a critical part of its strategy, and the company has long had a drug and alcohol testing policy in place.
